3K Technologies is looking for a Software QA Engineer who is responsible for design, develop test strategies, test plans, leverage test management applications, automation tools, creating test scripts, managing testing phases, set up for salesforce service CRM; Documenting root causes, problem analysis, providing testing dashboards and metrics, co-ordinate cross-functional initiatives, responsible for sprint planning and salesforce service cloud deployment. Should be required to possess technical skills of Agile, Computer Telephony Integrations, IVR, Mule and Workday integrations. Validate CTI, Mongo and Arc sight database tables using SQL Queries in Microsoft SQL Server Management System and related technicalities.
Requirements: 3 years of experience in related occupations and bachelor’s in computers or closely related field.
